EACOP has awarded JV-SPEK the contract for Early Civil Works of some Main Camps and Coating Yards (MCPY and CY) and its access road within Tanzania.

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (2 POSTS) Job Summary:
V-SPEK Human Resources Officer is responsible providing support and guidance to the construction team on all matters relating to human resources. This will include managing the recruitment process, training, performance management, developing, and implementing policies and procedures, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and promoting ZERO HARM best practices,
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree in human resources, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources.
- A good understanding of the Tanzania Labor laws.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
