Front Desk Representatives job at Insight Management Tanzania Limited is recruiting on behalf of a client in the logistics industry for the following positions:

Reports to: Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Present yourself and Company in a positive and professional manner
2. Address customer needs by promoting company’s options such as pricing, tracking of cargo and its alternatives
3. Greet customers/members warmly and make them feel welcome
4. Respond promptly (same day) to all voicemails and emails
5. Timely follow-up (same day) to any outstanding customer or internal issues
6. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly task checklists
7. Process new client paperwork per checklist
8. Be aware of the cargo schedule in case of customer Enquiries;
9. Accurately capture and track all costs and expenses incurred during the life of the file and ensure supporting documentation to these costs are easily accessible in the file.
10. Ensure to get clear confirmation of charges communicating with customers
11. Ensure smooth coordination between the various team members within and external to the department
12. Ensure the office is clean at all times by coordinating with the cleaning staff
13. Schedule appointments for the Team
14. Scheduling Travel Itinerary for the Team
15. If need be, you are required to update customer information in the system
16. Get & know exactly the detail of quotation related to operations in progress

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any business-related studies
2. Experience: 3-5 Years’ experience in Logistics is an added advantage.
