East African Crude oil pipeline (EACOP) 2024 internship program, Nafasi za internship East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Ltd EACOP Internship opportunities (the COMPANY), is mandated with the construction and operation of a buried, cross- border pipeline to transport crude oil from the Lake Albert area in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale in Hoima District, Uganda, to Chongoleani, Tanga Region, in Tanzania. It shall be 1,443 kilometers (km) long, of which 296 km will be in Uganda occupying a 30-meter-wide corridor.
Key Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelors degree program from recognized National Universities Must provide Introduction letter from University and copy of student I.D. Current academic scores must reflect a potential minimum of an upper-second degree. Must provide a partial transcript / copy of academic scores to-date. Must be available full-time for the duration of the internship period. Excellent verbal & numeracy skills and problem-solving ability. Good communication skills and positive attitude.

EACOP is being constructed in parallel with two upstream development projects which are not part of EACOP development and investment, known as Tilenga and Kingfisher respectively. Each development will consist of a Central Processing Facility (CPF) to separate and treat the oil, water and gas produced by the wells. Kingfisher will have 4 well pads and a CPF with a peak daily capacity of 42000 bbl/d. Tilenga has 31 wellpads and a 204000 bbl/d CPF.
