For the role of Digital Sales Representative for the Tanga and Mbeya regions, we are seeking a highly driven and seasoned candidate.
Purpose
The position’s main goal is to increase circulation sales and digital subscriptions by creating customer engagement and attraction methods. The best applicants will be customer-focused, have a solid sales background, and be passionate about digital media.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and execute sales strategy to expand digital reach and circulation on multiple platforms.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with both current and potential customers.
- Encourage the use of Mwananchi’s digital products, such as EGazeti web platforms, Nation ePaper, mobile apps, e-papers, and online subscription services.
- Monitor and document sales results, including hitting and surpassing monthly sales goals.
- To enhance product offers and client satisfaction, offer insights on user comments.
- Work together with internal groups like editorial and marketing to carry out effective digital initiatives.
- To maintain your lead in the digital subscription market, keep an eye on competitors and industry trends.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Academic:Â a business administration, marketing, sales, or diploma from an accredited university, or its equivalent.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Possession of a Smartphone.
- Preferably residing in the respective area applied for.
