On behalf of our reputable client, HR World Ltd is looking for Data Entry Operators Who will be responsible for accurately entering important company data and keeping records up-to-date.

RESPONSIBILITIES;
•Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
•Verify and log receipt of data.
•Transcribe source data into the required electronic format.
•Transfer information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
•Review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies.
•Maintain a filing system and protect confidential customer information.
•Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine etc.)
•Complete additional assigned tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS;
•Diploma in Accounts
•0 – 1 year of working experience in data entry
•Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
•Excellent attention to detail
•Ability to multitask effectively
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
