QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT
- The applicant must be a citizen of Tanzania.
- Must have graduated from Form Four and have a Grade Four pass.
- He should have a Trustee whose Residence is Kahama Municipal Council with immovable property.
- He should be righteous and who has never been found guilty in court.
- Be able to work independently without supervision.
- Be ready to work in any Ward for a period of not less than One Year.
- Must have experience in collecting Income with a good history for a period of not less than One Year.
- He should have an age ranging from 18 to 35 years.
- Priority will also be given to those who know how to drive a motorcycle.

GENERAL POINTS TO CONSIDER.
- Copy of Form Four Certificate.
- Applicants should attach copies of Education Certificates, CV, Copy of Birth Certificate.
- In the application letter, put your phone number that is always available.
- Letters should be affixed with two (2) photos – Passport size.
- Applicants who meet the qualifications and criteria will be notified of the interview date.
- All applications must be accompanied by letters from three Guarantors showing the Immovable Properties.
