Job Summary
The Construction Manager at JV SPEK is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, risk and resource management, and quality control. They must ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
QUALIFICATIONS.
- Must be registered as Professional Engineer with ERB.
- At least 5+ years of previous experience in the civil engineering industry.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of construction management processes, means and methods, relevant rules, regulations, and equipment utilization optimization
- Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems
