COMMERCIAL TYRE SALES REPRESENTATIVES

On behalf of our reputable client, HR World Ltd is looking for Commercial Tyre Sales Representatives whose main focus will be to achieve and exceed allocated unit sales targets, by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Ethically meet and exceed sales and profitability expectations through best practices.
- Maintain existing business and establish prospective business through value driven customer specific product and service recommendations.
- Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems.
- Identify and prospect customers by building a network of referrals and utilizing company’s resources that provide opportunities to make new contacts.
- Ensure that Company procedures are adhered to while handling cash and credit customers.
- Constantly improve and update knowledge, especially product range, features, general automotive industry, new features and their benefits, technical developments, market trends, selling techniques and customer handling skills which in-turn enhance performance considerably.
- Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Diploma in any relevant field is essential.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in the relevant field
- Able to deal effectively, openly and positively.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Able to travel.
