• Online application of Ministry of Agriculture Certificates and Permits, follow up, payment, and collection of original documents.
• Online application of Atomic Energy Certificates, follow up, payment, arrange samples from concerned units, submit samples, and collection of original documents.
• Online application of Sisal Board Permits / Licenses, follow up, payment, and collection of original documents.
• Online application of Cotton Board Permits / License, follow up, payment, and collection of original documents.
• Online application of Cashew Board Permits / License, follow up, payment, and collection of original documents.
• Online application of Certificate of Origin from Chamber of Commerce, payment, follow-up, and collection of original certificates.
• Payment and collection of BLS, SO, and RO, having seals from shipping lines.
• Submission of export documents to the bank.
• Applying assessment in TRA online system.
• Prepare Verified Gross Mass (VGM) certificate and interchange for the export containers.
• Arrange pre/post export documents – invoice, packing list, fumigation certificate, etc.
• Keep a record of all the Certificates / Permits / Licenses applied.
• Must handle all work if any of the staff is not present.
