The Deputy Governor for Administration and Internal Controls at the Bank of Tanzania would like to inform all job applicants that the written aptitude test will take place from February 15, 2025, to March 24, 2025. Applicants who pass this stage will move on to the next steps, which may include practical assessments and/or interviews, scheduled on specified dates or as communicated later.
Candidates invited for the aptitude test should make sure to follow the given instructions carefully.
The interview will be conducted on the dates specified in this announcement, with the time and location outlined for each respective category. Every candidate must bring valid identification for verification. Acceptable forms of ID include a resident ID, voter’s ID, work ID, citizenship ID, passport, driver’s license, or an official introduction letter from their local government authority (street/village/shehia). Additionally, candidates must present their original certificates, including birth certificates, Form IV and VI certificates, diploma, advanced diploma, bachelor’s degree, and any other relevant qualifications based on the position applied for.
Names called for Interview BOT
The interview will not proceed if candidates bring testimonials, statements of results, preliminary results, or Form IV and VI result slips. Additionally, each candidate is in charge of their own lodging, meals, and transportation.
It is crucial to adhere to the assigned interview date, time, and venue to avoid unnecessary inconveniences. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities, such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA.
Candidates whose names are not listed in this notification are urged to reapply when new positions are posted and should be aware that they did not fulfill the necessary standards. Candidates must present their original work licenses and registration certificates for all categories that call for professional board registration.
Additionally, all candidates must log into their accounts and note down their exam numbers, as these will not be provided on the day of the interview.
IMPORTANT: Candidates will not be permitted to continue with the interview if they do not have the necessary documents, which are included under identity, academic certificates, professional board registration, and foreign certificate verification.
