Our HR service delivery process provides our clients with an opportunity to collaboratively explore various HR solutions to address identified challenges within the HR space including compensation, performance management, HR planning and Talent acquisition and placement, Talent management, employee relations, employee engagement, change management, HR policy review and development, HR compliance and other related projects
Job purpose
Provide after-sales technical support to clients including repair commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of heavy-duty equipment/machinery, through developed and executed maintenance programs; attending to breakdowns and responding to customer queries
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the internal departments to analyze and understand customer requirements and provide sales and after-sales support & solutions
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships and effective communication with Clients
- Explores business opportunities for cross-selling and leveraging on existing businesses
- After contract award, coordinates and work closely with the internal department through to the end of the project phase including delivery, commissioning, and afterward maintenance of products/equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance, service, and repair programs including any related support as may be requested
- Participate in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations
- Attend to emergencies and breakdowns on the go as soon as notified by customers
- Prepare and deliver product/service presentations to customers and prospective customers
- Help clients solve problems with company’s equipment, site visits, technical meeting, etc
- Generate reports for management use and reference
Requirements
- Engineering Degree Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent
- Proficient in handling technical and service-related issues especially on heavy duty equipment
- 3+ years work experience in similar roles or maintenance related
- Prior working experience in maintenance of heavy duty equipment for mining & construction is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledgeable and skilled in maintenance program management
- Hands on technical person
- Customer service oriented
