SUPPLIES OFFICER CLASS II (SUPPLIES OFFICER II) – 15 POSITIONS
15 Afisa Ugavi JOB DUTIES
- Prepare estimates of required equipment (Schedule of Requirements);
- Preparing the procedure for the receipt of equipment;
- Prepare and maintain statistics on the receipt, handling and distribution of materials;
- Managing the receipt, distribution and handling of materials (Physical Distribution);
- Designing a system for placing and maintaining equipment in the warehouse (Location Index Design);
- Prepare various equipment information;
- Calculate and report the value of the materials in the warehouse in accordance with existing procedures;
- Prepare documents to receive equipment
- Distribute goods to user Department and other users; na
- To do other work assigned by his superior.
Afisa Ugavi QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT
Employed with a Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma in Procurement or Supply from a College recognized by the Government or with “Professional level Ill” issued by the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board – (PSPTB); or another characteristic recognized by
PSPTB and be registered with PSPTB as a “Graduate Procurement and Supplies Professional”.
Afisa Ugavi SALARY LEVEL
- Based on the Government standards ie the TGS Salary level. D
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL WORKS.

ix. Applicants retired from the Public Service are not allowed to apply unless they have the approval of the Chief Secretary.
