What and how will you learn?
In this degree programme every student has to take courses in two teaching courses from special needs and specialized courses: (Mode of Communication for Individuals with Visual Impairment or Hearing Impairment; Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology of the Eye or Ear); Out of these specialized courses, two have to be compulsory from any category of disability for each candidate. modalities will include lectures, independent reading from different sources, seminar presentations, practical assignments and Teaching Practice.
Entry requirements fro Bachelor Of Education In Special Needs
Direct entry qualifications
Two principal passes in Arts subjects.
Equivalent entry qualifications
Diploma in Special Needs Education with an average of “B” or GPA of 3.0 and either four passes at “O” Level for form six leavers or certificate in Special Needs Education for non –form six leavers.
