King Casino, we are looking for highly motivated candidates to serve as Slot Attendant at Our Company SCOPE AND MAIN AREAS OF THE JOB To carry out specific tasks in the Gaming operation to the highest standards of efficiency, security, and customer service, per the policies and procedures laid down by the company and the Gaming laws and rules of the country
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The slot attendant must be able to handle financial transactions for casino patrons with skill and integrity. Processing payments for slot machine wagers using cash handling procedures including handling coins and tokens or scanning credit cards or other identification cards Verifying identification cards of patrons who wish to play slots, video poker, or other gambling machines Handling any customer service issues that may arise including answering questions about game rules, payouts, and other topics related to slot machines.
Maintaining the machines by recording winnings, making payouts, collecting coins from the slots, replacing light bulbs and batteries, and performing any other maintenance tasks as needed Ensuring that all slot machines are working properly and are available for play at all
times Providing change to customers who need it using a cash register or coin exchange machine Collecting jackpots when they occur and helping players who have questions about their winnings Explaining the rules of each game and providing instructions on how to play
REQUIREMENTS

2. Casino Cage Cashiers
King Casino, we are looking for highly motivated candidates to serve as Casino Cage Cashiers at Our Company What does a Casino Cage Cashier do? A Casino Cage Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions professionally and accurately and ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed correctly per the Casino’s regulations, this may involve counting and handling cash, processing payments, and issuing receipts.
They must also ensure all customers feel at ease while conducting their transactions. A casino cashier will also be expected to reconcile cash and credit card transactions as well as manage gaming chips and tokens. Other responsibilities may include verifying customer identification, managing customer accounts, and providing change.
GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Processing customer deposits and withdrawals
Exchanging casino chips and tokens to cash
Reconcile discrepancies and verify cash totals
Complete end-of-shift reports
Awareness of all relevant rules and regulations affecting casinos and the gaming industry as a whole, and being able to cite and explain them when necessary.
